Accessing the Comparison Tool
Method 1: From Candidate List
- Select candidates - Check boxes next to 2-5 candidates
- Click "Compare" - Button appears when multiple selected
- Comparison view opens - Side-by-side layout
Method 2: From Candidate Profile
- Open a candidate profile
- Click "Compare" button - Top right corner
- Select additional candidates - Choose who to compare against
- View comparison
Method 3: Quick Access
Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + C while on candidate list with candidates selected.

Toggle: Click sync icon to enable/disable synchronized scrolling.

Export Comparison
Share with stakeholders:
- Click "Export" in comparison view
- Choose format (PDF or CSV)
- Select data to include
- Download or email
PDF includes visual comparisons; CSV for data analysis.
Comparison Limits
- Minimum: 2 candidates
- Maximum: 5 candidates (for readability)
- Recommended: 2-3 candidates for clearest insights
For more than 5, use multiple comparison sessions.
Saving Comparisons
Auto-save: Comparison selections are remembered per campaign.
Named comparisons: Save specific comparison groups:
- Set up your comparison
- Click "Save Comparison"
- Name it (e.g., "Final Round - March 2025")
- Access from "Saved Comparisons" dropdown
Useful for revisiting decisions or sharing with team.
