- Open candidate profile
- Click "Export" dropdown
- Choose format (PDF, CSV, JSON)

- Select candidates via checkboxes

Scheduled Exports
Automatic Reports
Set up recurring exports:
- Go to campaign settings

Export Limits
File size: Maximum 50MB per export
Candidates: Up to 1,000 per export (split larger sets)
Frequency: No limit on exports
Storage: Exports stored for 30 days, then auto-deleted
Best Practices
Name exports clearly: Use format "Campaign-Name_Date_Type.pdf" for easy organization.
Regular backups: Export campaign data monthly for backup purposes.
Privacy considerations: Be cautious sharing exports containing candidate PII.
Version control: Include date/version in filename if export same data multiple times.

Anonymized Exports
Create privacy-safe exports:
- Choose "Anonymized" export option
- Personal identifiers removed:
- Names replaced with IDs
- Email addresses removed
- Phone numbers removed
