Get started with Candidate Audit and analyze your first candidate in just a few steps.
Your First 5 Minutes
1. Create Your Organization
After signing in, set up your organization profile. This represents your company and enables team collaboration.
2. Create a Campaign
Think of a campaign as a hiring pipeline for a specific role. Click "New Campaign" and enter:
- Job title
- Key requirements
- Role description
3. Add a Candidate
Upload your first candidate by clicking "Add Candidate" within your campaign. You can:
- Upload a resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
- Paste resume text directly
- Enter candidate details manually
4. Request AI Analysis
Once the candidate is added, click "Request Assessment" to have our 6 specialized AI agents analyze the candidate against your job requirements.
5. Review Results
In 2-3 minutes, you'll receive:
- Overall compatibility score (0-100)
- Detailed analysis from each of the 6 AI agents
- Specific strengths and concerns
- Hiring recommendations

- Learn about your dashboard to navigate efficiently
- Understand AI agents to interpret results better
- Bulk upload candidates to analyze multiple applicants at once
Tips for Success
Start small: Analyze 2-3 candidates first to familiarize yourself with the platform before bulk uploading.
Clear requirements: The more specific your campaign requirements, the more accurate the AI analysis will be.
Review all agents: Don't just look at the overall score—each agent provides unique insights that matter.
