Creating Your Organization
Your organization is the workspace where you'll manage campaigns, candidates, and team members.
Steps to Create an Organization
- Navigate to Organization Setup - After first login, you'll be prompted to create an organization
- Enter Organization Details:
- Organization name (your company name)
- Industry (optional, helps with context)
- Size (optional)
- Save and Continue - Your organization is now active
Profile Configuration
Update your personal profile to ensure proper attribution on assessments and team communications.
Key Profile Settings
- Display Name: How your name appears to team members
- Email: Your contact email (verified during signup)
- Role: Your position within your organization
- Notifications: Choose how you want to receive updates
Access your profile settings by clicking your avatar in the top right corner.
Organization Settings
As an organization admin, you can configure:
- Organization details: Update name, industry, and other info
- Billing information: Manage subscription and payment methods
- Team permissions: Set default roles for new members
- Data preferences: Configure retention and export settings

Important Notes
Organization Name: Choose carefully—this appears in all reports and assessments you share.
Admin Access: The person who creates the organization is automatically the admin with full permissions.
