Campaign Details Best Practices
Job Title
Be specific and use industry-standard titles. "Senior Backend Engineer (Python)" is better than "Engineer."
Job Description
Include:
- Role overview (2-3 sentences)
- Key responsibilities (3-5 bullet points)
- Must-have qualifications
- Nice-to-have qualifications
Requirements
The AI agents use your requirements to evaluate candidates. Be clear and specific:
- Good: "5+ years Python experience with Django framework"
- Not ideal: "Programming experience"
What Happens Next?
Once created, your campaign:
- Appears in your campaigns list
- Is ready to receive candidates
- Can be shared with team members
- Generates a unique campaign URL
Multiple Campaigns
You can run unlimited campaigns simultaneously. Common patterns:
- One campaign per role: Standard approach
- Multiple campaigns for same role: Useful for comparing different sourcing channels
- Evergreen campaigns: For roles you hire continuously
Next Steps
- Configure campaign settings to customize evaluation criteria
- Add candidates to start evaluating
- Invite team members to collaborate
Tips
Save as Template: After creating a campaign for a role you hire frequently, you can duplicate it for future use.
Clear Requirements: Spend extra time on requirements—they directly impact AI evaluation quality.
