Efficiently manage multiple hiring campaigns and keep your recruiting organized.
Campaign Dashboard
View all your campaigns in one place:
- Active Campaigns: Currently open positions
- Completed Campaigns: Closed positions with historical data
- Archived Campaigns: Campaigns you've archived for reference
Common Actions
Viewing Campaign Details
Click any campaign to see:
- Total candidates
- Average compatibility score
- Recent assessments
- Team activity
- Candidate pipeline status
Editing Campaign Information
- Open the campaign
- Click "Settings"
- Update job details, requirements, or settings
- Save changes
All existing candidates will be re-evaluated against new requirements on their next assessment.
Duplicating Campaigns
Hiring for the same role again? Duplicate existing campaigns to save time:
- Find the campaign in your list
- Click the three-dot menu (•••)
- Select "Duplicate"
- Rename and adjust as needed
This copies:
- Job requirements
- Settings and evaluation weights
- Assessment preferences
Note: Candidates are NOT copied—only the campaign structure.
Sharing Campaigns with Team
Enable collaboration by sharing campaigns:
- Open campaign settings
- Go to "Team Access"
- Choose sharing level:
- View only
- Can add candidates
- Can edit settings
- Full admin access
- Invite specific team members or share with entire organization
Organizing Multiple Campaigns
Naming Conventions
Use clear, consistent names:
- Include role and level: "Senior Product Designer"
- Add location if relevant: "Backend Engineer - NYC"
- Use dates for recurring roles: "Sales Rep - Q4 2025"
Filtering and Sorting
Find campaigns quickly:
- Filter by status: Active, completed, archived
- Filter by department: Engineering, sales, marketing, etc.
- Sort by date: Newest first, oldest first
- Sort by activity: Most recently updated
Campaign Tags
Add tags to organize campaigns:
- By priority: urgent, standard, low-priority
- By type: full-time, contractor, intern
- By source: referral, agency, direct
Campaign Health Monitoring
Track campaign performance:
- Candidates per campaign: Are you getting enough applicants?
- Average time to assess: How quickly are evaluations completing?
- Completion rate: Percentage of candidates with full assessments
- Team engagement: Number of comments and reviews
