First-Time Users
Automatically see demo campaign when you sign up:

- Demo campaign appears in campaign list
- Explore without creating real campaigns first

- Select "Create Demo Campaign" checkbox
- Choose demo type:

- Demo candidates can't be converted to real
Important: Can't convert demo candidates to real candidates—demo data is separate.
Demo Mode Indicators
Always clear when in demo:
Visual indicators:
- "(Demo)" badge on campaign name
- Gray banner at top: "This is a demo campaign"
- Demo icon next to candidate names
- Watermark on exported reports
Purpose: Prevent confusion between demo and real data.
Demo Data Privacy
Demo data is:
- Fictional: All names, companies, and details are made up
- Shared: Same demo candidates visible to all demo users
- Non-sensitive: No real PII involved
- Deletable: Can be removed anytime
Safe to experiment and share.
Limitations
Credit limits: Demo mode has lower limits:
- Max 20 demo candidates per campaign
- Max 3 demo campaigns per organization
Retention: Demo data auto-deletes after 90 days of inactivity.
Features: All core features work; some advanced integrations disabled.
