Quickly scan and evaluate multiple candidates with our visual card-based interface.
What is Card View?
An alternative to the traditional list view, card view displays candidates as visual cards showing:
- Candidate photo or initials
- Name and current position
- Overall compatibility score
- Assessment status
- Key highlights
Perfect for rapid screening and visual comparison of many candidates.
Accessing Card View
- Open your campaign
- Click "Card View" - Toggle in the top right of candidate list
- Browse cards - Scroll through candidates visually
Switch back to list view anytime with the same toggle.
Card Information
Each candidate card displays:
Header
- Profile photo (if available) or colored initials
- Candidate name
- Current position and company
Score Badge
- Overall compatibility score (0-100)
- Color-coded:
- Green (90-100): Excellent match
- Blue (75-89): Good match
- Yellow (60-74): Moderate match
- Red (below 60): Poor match
Status Indicator
- ✓ Assessed - Complete AI evaluation
- ⏳ Assessing - In progress
- ⊕ New - Not yet assessed
- ⚠ Failed - Assessment error
Quick Stats
- Years of experience
- Top 3 matching skills
- Education level
Interacting with Cards
Click to View Details
Click anywhere on a card to open the full candidate profile with complete assessment.
Quick Actions Menu
Hover over a card to reveal quick action buttons:
- Compare - Add to comparison list
- Edit - Quickly edit candidate info
- Request Assessment - Trigger evaluation
- Share - Share with team member
Select Multiple Cards
- Click checkbox on each card
- Then use bulk actions:
- Compare selected candidates
- Change status
- Assign to team member
- Export data
Sorting and Filtering
Sort Options
- Score (highest first) - Default, best matches at top
- Score (lowest first) - See candidates needing attention
- Date Added (newest) - Most recent candidates first
- Date Added (oldest) - Original candidates first
- Name (A-Z) - Alphabetical order
- Assessment Date - Recently assessed first
Filter Options
- Assessment Status: Completed, pending, failed
- Score Range: Custom range (e.g., 80-100)
- Experience Level: Entry, mid, senior, executive
- Skills: Candidates with specific skills
- Status: New, interviewed, hired, etc.
Search
Type in the search box to filter by:
- Candidate name
- Company name
- Skills
- Education
Results update in real-time.
Card View Settings
Customize your card view experience:
Grid Density
- Comfortable (default): Larger cards, more space
- Compact: More cards visible at once
- Spacious: Maximum card size with details
Cards Per Row
Adjust based on screen size:
- Auto (default): Responsive based on window width
- 2, 3, 4, or 5 cards per row
Information Display
Choose what appears on cards:
- Experience summary
- Top skills
- Education
- Assessment highlights
- Custom fields
Access in View Settings (gear icon).
Keyboard Shortcuts
Navigate efficiently:
- Arrow keys: Move between cards
- Enter: Open selected card
- Space: Select/deselect card
- Cmd/Ctrl + A: Select all visible cards
- Esc: Deselect all
When to Use Card View
Best for:
- Rapid visual screening of many candidates
- Quick comparison of top candidates

List view better for:
- Detailed data comparison
- Spreadsheet-like sorting
- Export-focused workflows
- Very large candidate pools (100+)

Card view is optimized for tablets and phones:
- One card per row on mobile
- Swipe to navigate between cards
- Tap for quick actions
- Pull to refresh data

Pro Tip
Custom columns: Create custom fields in campaign settings, then enable them in card view to show role-specific information like "Security Clearance" or "Relocation Willing."
